Top 25 Ranking Attributed to Growing Client Base and Leading Technology Solutions

JERSEY CITY, NJ October 23, 2008Scivantage, a leading provider of web-based, front- and middle-office technology solutions to the financial services industry, announced today that it ranked No. 24 overall on Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Deloitte’s Fast 50 program ranks the fastest growing public and private companies in key regions across the United States and Canada based on percentage revenue growth over five years. This year’s rankings are based on the percentage of revenue growth from 2003-2007 and include the fastest-growing leaders and technology-driven businesses in the Tri-State region.

“It is a great honor being named a Technology Fast 50 company by Deloitte two years in a row.” said Adnane Charchour, President and CEO of Scivantage. “Our Top 25 ranking can be attributed to a combination of our leading technology solutions, strong client base and dedicated team. With continued focus on helping financial institutions simplify, automate and reduce the costs of financial transactions, we look forward to consistent growth over the coming years.”

“To rank on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50, companies must have phenomenal revenue growth over five years.” noted Kevin Buckley, Technology Fast 50 Program Director, Deloitte Services LP. “Scivantage has proven to be one of the fast-growth success stories in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and we applaud their dedication to making their vision a reality.”

Scivantage’s increase in revenues of 1,495 percent from 2003 to 2007 resulted in a No. 24 ranking in the Technology Fast 50 for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The average increase in revenues among companies who made the Technology Fast 50 for this region was 4,476 percent.

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2003 and $5,000,000 in 2007, be headquartered in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company’s operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
