Scivantage Enhances TradeKing's Powerful Brokerage Experience, Featuring Advanced Options and Order Entry Functionality and Social Networking Tools, with Scivantage Investor

NEW YORK – June 29, 2006 – Scivantage, the premier provider of web-based, front- and middle-office brokerage solutions, today announced that it has launched new enhancements to the TradeKingTM retail brokerage site, www.tradeking.com, powered by Scivantage InvestorTM. The site now combines return-on-investment options analysis calculators, 'smart' API technology and innovative social networking tools within a full-featured, web-based brokerage platform. The platform also offers innovative features for retail equity and options investors such as advanced order entry management and complex options trading.

With the TradeKing implementation, Scivantage has substantially increased the functionality of its Investor offering by expanding into sophisticated options trading and analysis, adding a market-leading Option Chain tool, and enhancing its existing order entry and eAccountsTM account opening features. In addition, all broker/dealers currently using any Scivantage platform now have access to all of these new functions.

The TradeKing site, powered by Scivantage Investor, features sophisticated options capabilities, with over 19 different types of options chains, including complex greeks variables. The chains feature call and put calculators which allow investors to set variables that are part of a pricing model. Users can then switch between models, such as Black-Shoals and Binomial, for optimal calculation.

TradeKing customers can now place numerous types of complex option orders, including spreads, straddles, strangles, combos, butterflies, and condors, as well as covered calls and protective puts. The site also offers new options analysis functions, including a probability calculator to help investors estimate the potential for volatile share price movements, max gain/loss calculators, as well as an option calculator, a real-time option scanner and a strategy scanner. In an innovative breakthrough, the site also features smart technology which guides users on how to enter their option orders.

In another unique feature implemented by Scivantage for online options trading, www.tradeking.com offers a comprehensive set of customized information and social networking tools. The site offers a personalized RSS newsreader, educational podcasts, customized financial blogs and a Wiki community – all designed to make the investor's experience more engaging, efficient and effective. Customers can also link their TradeKing accounts to other customers, allowing them to access their each other's account information. TradeKing customers can leverage these tools to more easily share information, expand their roster of trading strategies, and connect with other like-minded investors.

Scivantage's Investor platform also offers TradeKing customers sophisticated Advanced Order Entry Management functionality, such as One Triggers Other. Investors can easily manage their portfolios by having the TradeKing site continually monitor the market and certain open orders based on their instructions. The site can then react by either buying or selling certain securities based on conditions established by the user in advance, or canceling certain open orders when other orders have executed. Future enhancements will expand this functionality to include One Cancels Other, One Triggers Two, Contingent Orders and Trailing Stops.

The TradeKing site incorporates Scivantage eAccounts automated account opening functionality, allowing customers to open more than one account at a time. Users simply select which type of accounts they wish to open at the beginning of the account opening process and the site will aggregate all the necessary input screens into one workflow, eliminating the need for time-consuming, duplicate information entry.

In order to provide the highest levels of support and operational efficiency, TradeKing has also implemented Scivantage's unique eDecisionTM module. eDecision is a rules based engine that provides automated decision support and allows broker/dealers to implement business rules to automate various processes and provide edits and checks within the firm, such as, review & release, trade processing, and compliance.
