Hurricane Sandy Update: All Client Sites and Products are Fully Operational

On behalf of Scivantage, we hope you and your families are safe and have made it through the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.

As you may be aware, Scivantage’s headquarters office is located in Jersey City, NJ which was in the direct path of the storm. Our Jersey City office sustained water damage to the basement and lobby areas, and is currently still without power.  Much of our staff was impacted by the storm, but are currently working in alternate locations and remotely, as designed in our Business Continuity Plan. Additionally, our Boston, MA and Woodcliff Lake, NJ offices remain fully operational.

Throughout the storm and recovery, our employees have worked tirelessly to keep teams and systems running to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients. Scivantage successfully deployed its Business Continuity Plan and we have been able to provide uninterrupted service before, during and after the storm.  All client sites and products are fully functional and our support team has been online throughout the week.

Our Business Continuity Plan calls for us to ensure our clients’ day-to-day business operations are prioritized―meaning staff can and will be repositioned/reallocated to ensure business-critical operations are not impacted.  Day-to-day operations continue to move forward.  Our Client Support and Relationship Management teams continue to be available to assist as needed.
