Chris Calhoun

As Chief Executive Officer of Scivantage, Chris Calhoun brings over twenty years of governance and executive management experience to the company. In addition to his CEO responsibilities at Scivantage, Mr. Calhoun is an active investor, mentor, and executive management consultant to early-stage firms in the FinTech and social enterprise spaces. Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Calhoun was Chief Operating Officer of GAIN Capital (NYSE: GCAP). A pioneer in online currency trading, GAIN operates FOREX.com, one of the largest and best-known global brands in the retail trading industry. He played an integral role in GAIN’s growth from start-up in 2000 to public company in 2010 and currently serves on GAIN’s Board of Directors.

Prior to joining GAIN, Mr. Calhoun was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. During his tenure at FNX, he helped grow the company from a start-up to a global organization serving many of the world’s largest money center banks, with FNX enjoying a successful exit in 2000.

Mr. Calhoun serves on Scivantage’s Board of Directors as well as that of GoodCompany Ventures, a social enterprise accelerator. He holds a B.S. in Finance and MBA from La Salle University, and is also a Master’s candidate in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim Corr

Jim Corr

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jim Corr brings to Scivantage more than 20 years of financial and business management experience, with a specific expertise in guiding financial technology companies through periods of strong operational and financial growth. Responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning and analysis for Scivantage, Mr. Corr manages the day-to-day financial and administrative operations, and drives strategic planning and quarterly updates to the Board of Directors. Mr. Corr also oversees the human resources department and associated employee initiatives.

Mr. Corr brings with him over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, public accounting and senior financial management. Throughout his career, his areas of expertise have expanded to include financial and strategic planning and analysis, accounting and financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as team leadership and development.

Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Corr spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Pershing-affiliated Albridge Solutions, where he was a senior business leader with responsibility for business development, operations, customer service, project management and financial management. During this time, Corr was an integral part of the leadership team that led Albridge from venture-backed startup through acquisitions by PNC Global Investment Servicing in 2007 and BNY Mellon in 2010.

Leading up to his tenure at Albridge Solutions, Mr. Corr held senior financial positions at firms in public accounting and private industry. Corr earned his Masters of Government Administration in Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Jennifer Cosenza

Jenn Consenza

As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Jennifer Cosenza brings to Scivantage 11 years of relationship management experience alongside an expansive knowledge of wealth reporting and B2B trading systems. Responsible for overseeing strategic relationships at Scivantage, Ms. Cosenza manages the development and implementation of account plans, inside sales account activity and overall client relationships.

Ms. Cosenza joins us from Albridge, where she identified and evaluated business development opportunities across key clients to help direct both client and ongoing corporate strategy. During her tenure at Albridge, Ms. Cosenza executed consultative account and marketing plans to ensure renewal of services and expand advisor base deployment. Ms. Cosenza also lead negotiations for Albridge’s client base and served as the lead contact for pricing for contract renewals, up sells, cross sells and strategic client work orders. Ms. Cosenza cultivated the function many years ago, taking a small group of Account Managers and developing them into Strategic Relationship Managers, representing the largest and most strategic relationships the firm has.

Prior to Albridge, Ms. Cosenza has held relationship management roles at FactSet Research and Cantor Fitzgerald. At FactSet, Ms. Cosenza built custom banking models, reports, screens and automation runs for clients. During her time at Cantor Fitzgerald, Ms. Cosenza served 250 fixed income traders at buy and sell side firms, including 35 of the top 50 rated money managers in the United States.

Ms. Cosenza has also served as a mentor in the Pershing Mentorship Program, and as a member of organizations such as the Women’s Initiative Network. Ms. Cosenza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both finance and marketing from Villanova University.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Christian Farber brings a wealth of experience to Scivantage both in strategic leadership and in disciplined tactical execution. Responsible for overseeing our entire client experience from first contact through sale and ongoing client support, Mr. Farber unifies market insights and product strategy, with the goal of delivering financial technology solutions that anticipate and meet evolving market needs.

Mr. Farber brings to Scivantage over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, marketing financial products and services as well as enterprise software solutions. Mr. Farber joins us from State Street where he was SVP of Global Business Development and Client Support, overseeing business development, marketing, sales, relationship management, and client support for State Street Global Exchange Software and Information Solutions. At State Street, Mr. Farber lead a global team of 100+ professionals to market, sell and support a broad suite of enterprise financial technology solutions.

Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Farber has held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at Princeton Financial Systems, and SVP, Managing Director of Sales and Relationship Management at Albridge. Additionally, Mr. Farber has held management positions with JP Morgan Chase, Advent Software and Financial Models.

Mr. Farber holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.

Tony Lotharius

Tony Lotharius

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Tony Lotharius leads the external sales team at Scivantage. With almost 20 years of financial services business development experience in both the buy side and sell side communities, Tony brings a unique set of experiences to the team from small start-up software companies to global Fortune 500 banks. Mr. Lotharius has grown sales of investment technology and consulting services throughout North America and Latin America.

Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Lotharius was the Vice President of Sales, Americas at Princeton Financial Systems, a division of State Street, where he provided consultative sales and relationship management to key institutional, global accounts in the U.S. and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lotharius held sales and client management roles at SunGard Investran, INDATA Services and M&I Institutional Trust Services.

Mr. Lotharius holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.

Claudine Martin

Claudine Martin, Senior Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for Scivantage’s integrated marketing programs, building value in the company’s brand and developing marketing campaigns that drive growth across all Scivantage products and services. In that role, Ms. Martin oversees the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing programs, demand generation and nurturing, content, communications and public relations designed to reach financial services customers worldwide.

A professional with over 20 years of experience providing financial and investment technology solutions for complex business issues in the banking and wealth management industries, Ms. Martin’s business background includes Investment Software Design, Marketing Plans and Collateral, Business Development, Sales Support, and Client Service. Prior to joining Scivantage, she was most recently a VP of Marketing at State Street Global Exchange and has held Product, Marketing and Sales roles at SS&C Technologies, InvestEdge Inc., Bullrun Financial, Fidelity Investments and Thomson Financial.

Ms. Martin holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School as well as a Bachelors in Finance & Investments form Babson College.

Cameron Routh

Cameron Routh

As Chief Commercial Officer, Tax & Analytics, Cameron Routh is responsible for the overall vision, leadership and management of Scivantage Maxit® and tax analytics products. Under his direction, Scivantage is developing the next generation of investment management applications, including pre-trade decision tools.

A financial services software industry veteran, Mr. Routh co-founded GainsKeeper, an early cost basis vendor, in 1999. For Scivantage, Mr. Routh incorporated the feedback from brokerages and mutual fund companies into the development of Maxit, the most comprehensive cost basis application available. He is now focused on bringing real-time, adjusted cost basis further into key investment tools such as after-tax performance reporting and portfolio rebalancing.

Mr. Routh has a strong understanding of the challenges in delivering complex systems to retail investors and a keen eye for identifying new product opportunities. His emphasis on developing partnership-level relationships with clients has led to unique, highly successful implementations.

As a pioneer in the field of cost basis reporting and on the frontlines of pending cost basis legislation, Mr. Routh has been quoted in the Financial Times, Forbes, Barron's, the Street, Securities Industry News and other national and industry newspapers, magazines and publications.

Mr. Routh previously worked for PaineWebber (UBS), Fidelity Investments and AIG. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and BA from Boston University

Alex Sauickie

Alex Sauickie

As Chief Operating Officer, Alex Sauickie has overall P&L responsibility for all Scivantage business and technology operations, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs. A veteran executive in start-up and high growth enterprise software, Mr. Sauickie joined Scivantage from SaaS billing platform Billtrust. As Billtrust’s SVP of Client Operations, Mr. Sauickie was responsible for the award-winning Client Services team, Relationship Management, Implementations, Project Management, and Business Optimization units.

Prior to joining Billtrust, Mr. Sauickie was COO for Unified Social, an award winning social media platform company; Managing Director of Operations & Services for Albridge Solutions where he assisted in its successful acquisition to a division of PNC Bank; and Director of Operations & Services at The Island ECN, which was successfully acquired by Instinet Corporation and later NASDAQ. Mr. Sauickie has also held various operations and technology positions at online bill payment and presentment company Paytrust, as well as Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President of Contact Center Technology and a founding manager responsible for the creation of the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center.

During his career, Mr. Sauickie has held NASD/FINRA Series 7, 24, 65, 63, and 55 licenses, has been a member of multiple service and quality organizations, and has been recognized for his leadership as well as his humanitarian work. He has spoken at industry conferences and has been featured in trade publications for his track record of building award winning operations and service teams. Mr. Sauickie also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Kimball Medical Center Foundation and founded the non-profit organization Chloe’s Causes.

Mr. Sauickie received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey.

Joe Stensland

Joe Stensland

As Chief Commercial Officer, Wealth Management, Joe Stensland is responsible for overseeing the product development strategy of our Scivantage Investor™, Scivantage Professional™ and sqope™ products, leveraging a proven track record in successfully launching, growing and managing technology products in the financial services market.

Most recently, Mr. Stensland was Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Kenamea where he was responsible for driving the product, distribution and partnership strategy in the financial services market. Prior to Kenamea, Joe led product strategy and business development for Thomson's Retail Wealth Management Segment, including the Thomson ONE Advisor product line which is responsible for two of the largest technology transactions in the financial services industry. Prior to that, Mr. Stensland held several positions in product management and business development at Thomson Financial, where he launched Thomson Advisor, InvestmentView and several other product lines. Mr. Stensland also served as a sales representative at Aristotle International and as staff of the US Senate.

Mr. Stensland holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
