As President & CEO of Scivantage, Adnane Charchour brings award-winning leadership, depth, experience, perspective and vision. With a distinguished and proven track record in the Financial Industry, Mr. Charchour helps Scivantage achieve its goals in providing superior technology based products and services to the financial industry. Winner of the Ernst & Young 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for NJ, Mr. Charchour has led Scivantage to six consecutive years on the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing private businesses in the United States.
Mr. Charchour co-founded Scivantage after having worked for leading clearing firm, Fleet Securities, Inc. As an officer and part of the technology executive team at Fleet, he led the firm's e-technology strategy in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Charchour ran the online trading technology organization and helped many national and international banks and fund companies build an online brokerage arm in the late ‘90s, including Fleet Bank, Bank of Boston and Strong Capital Management.
Prior to Fleet Securities, Mr. Charchour held various positions of responsibility at Automatic Data Processing/Brokerage Services Group (ADP) where he acquired a keen understanding of Back Office processing systems for the Securities Industry.
Mr. Charchour completed the Securities Industry Institute program, a Wharton Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his B.Sc. with Honors in Computer Science from St. John University in Queens, New York.

As Senior Vice President, Investment Reporting, Greg Alves is responsible for the overall leadership, management and operation of Scivantage reporting products, including the Maxit cost basis system. Mr. Alves brings to Scivantage more than 20 years of financial services experience covering trust and mutual fund accounting, securities processing, corporate actions processing and taxation, financial systems development, and product management.
Mr. Alves joined Scivantage after co-founding software start-up GainsKeeper, specializing in tax systems development for the mutual fund, retail brokerage, and hedge fund markets. The product was later acquired by Wolters Kluwer Financial Services where Mr. Alves was responsible for investment operations, product development, and product management. Prior to forming GainsKeeper, he spent ten years in a management capacity at Fidelity Investments, directing trade and corporate actions processing as well as related systems development in support of Fidelity's mutual fund complex. Mr. Alves began his career at State Street Corporation where he was responsible for trust accounting and corporate actions processing.
Mr. Alves earned a B.A. in Economics with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing.

As Executive Vice President, Sales & CRM, Rany Chacar oversees the full spectrum of engagement and service for Scivantage. Mr. Chacar brings a proven ability to lead Scivantage in innovating and executing its strategic plan as well as depth in front office and back-office business and technology expertise.
Mr. Chacar joined the firm from Fleet Securities, Inc., where he was a Vice President in charge of the firm's Core Internet Services. In that capacity, Mr. Chacar worked closely with the senior management of established brokerage firms as well as new entrants to understand their vision and deliver strategic and tactical technology solutions to achieve them. Previously, Mr. Chacar held various positions of responsibility at Salomon Smith Barney where he last led the development and implementation of Salomon's Internet strategy and helped introduce, Salomon DIRECT, a breakthrough Internet sales channel as early as 1995. Prior to the Internet age, Mr. Chacar played a key role in developing Salomon's trading floor technology and automating their trading floor.
Mr. Chacar received, as a Stern Scholar, an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University, and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.

David Hagen, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), is responsible for Scivantage's global inbound and outbound marketing functions, with primary emphasis on building value in the company's brand and developing integrated marketing programs that drive growth across all products and services. In that role, Mr. Hagen oversees all brand management, demand generation, and product marketing, as well as product positioning, client acquisition and retention, public relations, telemarketing and integrated marketing communications designed to reach financial services customers worldwide.
Mr. Hagen joined Scivantage in January 2007 as Vice President, Marketing, and has played an integral role in the development and execution of the marketing strategy that transformed and expanded the Scivantage brand into a recognized leader within the online brokerage and wealth management markets.
Mr. Hagen brings more than 15 years of marketing, technology and financial services experience to his position. Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Hagen was the Director of Product Marketing & eBusiness Strategy for Rydex Investments, a $15B asset management firm focused on alternative investment products. At Rydex, Mr. Hagen was a member of the senior marketing leadership team with responsibility for driving product marketing efforts for Rydex's alternative investment, ETF, variable annuities and managed accounts business lines. In addition, he oversaw all firm-wide web properties and digital initiatives. Prior to Rydex, Mr. Hagen was the Vice President, Product Marketing at Thomson Financial, where he launched Thomson's broker desktop platform and oversaw marketing for all retail wealth management products, including Thomson ONE, ILX and BETA Systems. While at Thomson, Mr. Hagen led the successful launch and on-going commercial management of the Thomson ONE Advisor product line (now Thomson ONE Wealth Management), which resulted in more than 55,000 active users its first 18 months and two of the largest technology transactions in the retail financial services industry.
Mr. Hagen earned a master's degree in business administration (MBA) and a bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) from Marymount University. Mr. Hagen also held the FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) license.

As Chief Information Officer, Andrew Haines is responsible for streamlining product development and delivery to support the company's business growth and client services strategy. Mr. Haines brings to Scivantage over 20 years of experience delivering business solutions in both the institutional services and retail technology sectors with a track record of fostering a culture of innovation.
Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Haines was CIO at GAIN Capital Group where he led all aspects of technology strategy and built an award-winning trading platform. Mr. Haines has also held senior technology management positions at Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and Virtual Growth/Insperity.
An industry thought-leader, Mr. Haines was recognized by the New Jersey Technology Council as the 2012 "CIO of the Year," and was also in Wall Street & Technology's Gold Book (2010) as one of the industry's most innovative technology leaders. He is an accredited author, having most recently published, "Updating Your Company's Technology Strategy: Leading CTOs and CIOs on Working with the Executive Team, Managing Budgeting Constraints, and Delivering Business Value" in October 2010.
Mr. Haines holds a Masters in Information Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a Minor in Management Information/Decision Support Systems from the University of Delaware.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, James Kaminski is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Scivantage's financial operations, including corporate finance, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions and corporate accounting. Mr. Kaminski brings over 25 years of experience within the financial services sector where he has a proven track record of achieving corporate objectives and streamlining business operations.
Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Kaminski was a Department Controller at American International Group, Inc. (AIG), a leading international insurance organization, where he was responsible for analyzing and structuring finances of technology projects for their global infrastructure. Prior to AIG, Mr. Kaminski held senior level finance positions, such as First Vice President and CFO of Technology for Prudential Securities and Vice President and CFO of Corporate Technology Services for Prudential Insurance. In these roles, Mr. Kaminski managed large finance teams and was responsible for budgeting, finance, acquisitions and technology management.
Mr. Kaminski holds a bachelors degree from the University of Tampa and a MBA from the University of Miami.

As Executive Vice President, Delivery Management, Susan Massaro is responsible for the overall leadership, management and operation of Scivantage's information technology professional services, leveraging financial services experience to benefit our customers. Ms. Massaro brings over 25 years of experience in computer, information technology and professional services businesses to this position. Ms. Massaro came to Scivantage from Nova.Corp., where she built and for five years led a nationwide Professional Services Organization with Fortune 500 clients delivering data center, facility, business continuity, relocation and staff augmentation services. This business unit was subsequently acquired by Scivantage.
Ms. Massaro was previously Senior Vice President of Professional Services with Qwest Communications International, where she managed a national division which developed and delivered managed services complimenting hosting products, e-business solutions, and the implementation of infrastructure for IP environments. Earlier, Ms. Massaro was recruited by Icon CMT Corporation to grow its Systems Engineering and Professional Services organization. Services included custom web-based solutions, network and system architecture, security offerings, and system administration. Ms. Massaro played a significant role in Icon's Initial Public Offering and subsequent sale and transition to Qwest Communications.
Ms. Massaro spent eighteen years of her career at Data General Corporation, where she held various technical and management positions in Systems Engineering and Professional Services, including Director of U.S. Professional Services. Since 1998, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Community Mutual Savings Bank in White Plains, New York.
Ms. Massaro holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

As Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, Cameron Routh is responsible for the overall vision, leadership and management of Scivantage's corporate strategy with an emphasis on identifying new market opportunities and partnership initiatives. Under his direction, Scivantage is developing the next generation of investment management applications, including pre-trade decision tools and portfolio performance reporting systems.
A financial services software industry veteran, Mr. Routh co-founded GainsKeeper, an early cost basis vendor, in 1999. For Scivantage, Mr. Routh incorporated the feedback from brokerages and mutual fund companies into the development of Maxit, the most comprehensive cost basis application available. He is now focused on bringing real-time, adjusted cost basis further into key investment tools such as after-tax performance reporting and portfolio rebalancing.
Mr. Routh has a strong understanding of the challenges in delivering complex systems to retail investors and a keen eye for identifying new product opportunities. His emphasis on developing partnership-level relationships with clients has led to unique, highly successful implementations.
As a pioneer in the field of cost basis reporting and on the frontlines of pending cost basis legislation, Mr. Routh has been quoted in the Financial Times, Forbes, Barron's, the Street, Securities Industry News and other national and industry newspapers, magazines and publications.
Mr. Routh previously worked for PaineWebber (UBS), Fidelity Investments and AIG. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and BA from Boston University

As Executive Vice President, Product and Delivery Management, Joe Stensland is responsible for overseeing the product and market strategy for Scivantage. Joe brings to Scivantage a proven track record in successfully launching, growing and managing technology products in the financial services market.
Most recently, Mr. Stensland was Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Kenamea where he was responsible for driving the product, distribution and partnership strategy in the financial services market. Prior to Kenamea, Joe led product strategy and business development for Thomson's Retail Wealth Management Segment, including the Thomson ONE Advisor product line which is responsible for two of the largest technology transactions in the financial services industry. Prior to that, Mr. Stensland held several positions in product management and business development at Thomson Financial, where he launched Thomson Advisor, InvestmentView and several other product lines. Mr. Stensland also served as a sales representative at Aristotle International and as staff of the US Senate.
Mr. Stensland holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

As Senior Vice President, Software Architecture, David Watkins applies his real world proven experience developing software in the financial brokerage and communications industries. He has a solid background in all phases of systems development with an emphasis on developing high-performance, scalable, and flexible Internet trading technology platforms. Additionally, he brings a delivery oriented, iterative approach to system development that focuses on short-term delivery cycles.
Mr. Watkins joined the firm from Fleet Securities, Electronic Delivery Services where as Vice President, he lead Fleet's Strategic Internet Trading development. He built Fleet Securities' retail Internet trading platform which services upwards of 1 million registered users and 40 branded sites. He has held prior management positions at Electronic Data Systems and ADP Brokerage Information Services Group.
Mr. Watkins earned his MBA from Seton Hall University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
