As President & CEO of Scivantage, Adnane Charchour brings award-winning leadership, depth, experience, perspective and vision. With a distinguished and proven track record in the Financial Industry, Mr. Charchour helps Scivantage achieve its goals in providing superior technology based products and services to the financial industry. Winner of the Ernst & Young 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for NJ and the 2013 NJTC CEO of the Year Award, Mr. Charchour has led Scivantage to seven consecutive years on the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing private businesses in the United States. Active in the industry, Mr. Charchour also sits on the Board of Directors for security and threat-detection firm eSentire.
Mr. Charchour co-founded Scivantage after having worked for leading clearing firm, Fleet Securities, Inc. As an officer and part of the technology executive team at Fleet, he led the firm's e-technology strategy in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Charchour ran the online trading technology organization and helped many national and international banks and fund companies build an online brokerage arm in the late ‘90s, including Fleet Bank, Bank of Boston and Strong Capital Management.
Prior to Fleet Securities, Mr. Charchour held various positions of responsibility at Automatic Data Processing/Brokerage Services Group (ADP) where he acquired a keen understanding of Back Office processing systems for the Securities Industry.
Mr. Charchour completed the Securities Industry Institute program, a Wharton Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his B.Sc. with Honors in Computer Science from St. John University in Queens, New York.Back to Top ˆ
As Executive Vice President, Professional Services and Delivery, Amit Basu is responsible for overseeing all custom development projects, aligning development efforts with our strategic vision, and successfully delivering Scivantage products and services efficiently to our clients.
Mr. Basu brings to Scivantage more than 25 years’ experience in product, technology and management in the financial services industry. He has held leadership roles with several high-growth companies, helping to achieve their successful acquisition goals. Most recently, Mr. Basu held the CIO position at Procurian, where he focused on application development, data management and process re-engineering, and was part of the management team that sold the company to Accenture in 2014. Prior to Procurian, Mr. Basu was EVP and CIO at InvestorForce (acquired by MSCI) building data aggregation and performance reporting products for the institutional market, and was a founding advisor and technology strategist for Shenandoah Studio (sold to Slitherine Group in 2014), building strategy games for the iPad and iPhone.
Additionally, Mr. Basu worked for Albridge Solutions (now part of Pershing) during a period of rapid growth. Joining the firm as Vice President, Product Management, he aligned business and technology groups around lines of business to drive P&L. Later Mr. Basu created and became the Managing Director of a very successful Professional Services division building custom development projects for clients. He also built an Enterprise Data Services division responsible for data warehouses, data marts and analytics.
Mr. Basu has also held roles with BISYS as VP Product Deployment with full life-cycle product oversight from build/buy decisions through to support and sunset of products, as well as SunGard as Director of Technology Solutions for North America.
Mr. Basu started his career in London as an analyst programmer for the Lloyds of London insurance market and also worked for several years in Asia as a technology architect for banking clients. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from London University.Back to Top ˆ
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jim Corr brings to Scivantage more than 20 years of financial and business management experience, with a specific expertise in guiding financial technology companies through periods of strong operational and financial growth. Responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning and analysis for Scivantage, Mr. Corr manages the day-to-day financial and administrative operations, and drives strategic planning and quarterly updates to the Board of Directors. Mr. Corr also oversees the human resources department and associated employee initiatives.
Mr. Corr brings with him over 22 years of experience in corporate finance, public accounting and senior financial management. Throughout his career, his areas of expertise have expanded to include financial and strategic planning and analysis, accounting and financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as team leadership and development.
Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Corr spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Pershing-affiliated Albridge Solutions, where he was a senior business leader with responsibility for business development, operations, customer service, project management and financial management. During this time, Corr was an integral part of the leadership team that led Albridge from venture-backed startup through acquisitions by PNC Global Investment Servicing in 2007 and BNY Mellon in 2010.
Leading up to his tenure at Albridge Solutions, Mr. Corr held senior financial positions at firms in public accounting and private industry. Corr earned his Masters of Government Administration in Public Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame. Staci Firios, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for Scivantage’s integrated marketing program, building value in the company’s brand and developing marketing campaigns that drive growth across all Scivantage products and services. In that role, Ms. Firios oversees the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing programs, demand generation and nurturing, brand management, content creation, corporate communications, client communications and public relations designed to reach financial services customers worldwide.
Ms. Firios joined Scivantage in May 2011 as Director of Marketing Communications and has played an integral role in the development and execution of the company’s mission, vision and values, while maintaining the brand as a recognized leader within the online brokerage and wealth management markets.
Ms. Firios brings more than 15 years of dedicated marketing experience to her position. Prior to joining Scivantage, Ms. Firios was the Market Strategy Director for NIP Group, Inc., a specialized business insurance and risk management intermediary. At NIP Group, Ms. Firios oversaw the development of integrated marketing campaigns across several business units, including the company’s first e-commerce purchasing system, incorporating insurance application functionality while meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Prior to NIP Group, Ms. Firios held positions of increasing responsibility across a variety of marketing disciplines including product marketing, content creation, public relations and event planning.

As Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning & Analytics, Susan Massaro is responsible for the overall leadership, management and operation of Scivantage's project management professional services, leveraging financial services experience to benefit our customers. Ms. Massaro brings over 25 years of experience in computer, information technology and professional services businesses to this position. Ms. Massaro came to Scivantage from Nova.Corp., where she built and for five years led a nationwide Professional Services Organization with Fortune 500 clients delivering data center, facility, business continuity, relocation and staff augmentation services. This business unit was subsequently acquired by Scivantage.
Ms. Massaro was previously Senior Vice President of Professional Services with Qwest Communications International, where she managed a national division which developed and delivered managed services complimenting hosting products, e-business solutions, and the implementation of infrastructure for IP environments. Earlier, Ms. Massaro was recruited by Icon CMT Corporation to grow its Systems Engineering and Professional Services organization. Services included custom web-based solutions, network and system architecture, security offerings, and system administration. Ms. Massaro played a significant role in Icon's Initial Public Offering and subsequent sale and transition to Qwest Communications.
Ms. Massaro spent eighteen years of her career at Data General Corporation, where she held various technical and management positions in Systems Engineering and Professional Services, including Director of U.S. Professional Services. Since 1998, she has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Community Mutual Savings Bank in White Plains, New York.

As Executive Vice President, Product Strategy & Marketing, Cameron Routh is responsible for the overall vision, leadership and management of Scivantage's corporate strategy with an emphasis on identifying new market opportunities and partnership initiatives. Under his direction, Scivantage is developing the next generation of investment management applications, including pre-trade decision tools and portfolio performance reporting systems.
A financial services software industry veteran, Mr. Routh co-founded GainsKeeper, an early cost basis vendor, in 1999. For Scivantage, Mr. Routh incorporated the feedback from brokerages and mutual fund companies into the development of Maxit, the most comprehensive cost basis application available. He is now focused on bringing real-time, adjusted cost basis further into key investment tools such as after-tax performance reporting and portfolio rebalancing.
Mr. Routh has a strong understanding of the challenges in delivering complex systems to retail investors and a keen eye for identifying new product opportunities. His emphasis on developing partnership-level relationships with clients has led to unique, highly successful implementations.
As a pioneer in the field of cost basis reporting and on the frontlines of pending cost basis legislation, Mr. Routh has been quoted in the Financial Times, Forbes, Barron's, the Street, Securities Industry News and other national and industry newspapers, magazines and publications.

As Executive Vice President, Business & Technology Operations, Alex Sauickie has overall P&L responsibility for all Scivantage business and technology operations, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs. A veteran executive in start-up and high growth enterprise software, Mr. Sauickie joined Scivantage from SaaS billing platform Billtrust. As Billtrust’s SVP of Client Operations, Mr. Sauickie was responsible for the award-winning Client Services team, Relationship Management, Implementations, Project Management, and Business Optimization units.
Prior to joining Billtrust, Mr. Sauickie was COO for Unified Social, an award winning social media platform company; Managing Director of Operations & Services for Albridge Solutions where he assisted in its successful acquisition to a division of PNC Bank; and Director of Operations & Services at The Island ECN, which was successfully acquired by Instinet Corporation and later NASDAQ. Mr. Sauickie has also held various operations and technology positions at online bill payment and presentment company Paytrust, as well as Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President of Contact Center Technology and a founding manager responsible for the creation of the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center.
During his career, Mr. Sauickie has held NASD/FINRA Series 7, 24, 65, 63, and 55 licenses, has been a member of multiple service and quality organizations, and has been recognized for his leadership as well as his humanitarian work. He has spoken at industry conferences and has been featured in trade publications for his track record of building award winning operations and service teams. Mr. Sauickie also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Kimball Medical Center Foundation and founded the non-profit organization Chloe’s Causes.

As Executive Vice President, Strategic Projects, Joe Stensland is responsible for overseeing the product implementation and delivery strategy of strategic projects for Scivantage, leveraging a proven track record in successfully launching, growing and managing technology products in the financial services market.
Most recently, Mr. Stensland was Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Kenamea where he was responsible for driving the product, distribution and partnership strategy in the financial services market. Prior to Kenamea, Joe led product strategy and business development for Thomson's Retail Wealth Management Segment, including the Thomson ONE Advisor product line which is responsible for two of the largest technology transactions in the financial services industry. Prior to that, Mr. Stensland held several positions in product management and business development at Thomson Financial, where he launched Thomson Advisor, InvestmentView and several other product lines. Mr. Stensland also served as a sales representative at Aristotle International and as staff of the US Senate.
