We would like to thank you for your positive feedback and cooperation in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
As communicated last week, our Scivantage headquarters office in Jersey City, NJ was in the direct path of the storm and sustained damage. Please be advised that the Jersey City office has since regained power and reopened, and although restoration work is still ongoing, we do have full access to our facilities. As such, our employees are no longer required to use the temporary remote offices detailed in our Business Continuity Plan, and have resumed regular operations effective immediately.
Providing uninterrupted service to you and your customers is our top priority. Since the storm, we have had our team of systems technicians and support staff on-call making sure all client sites and products are available and functioning as expected. Our data center operations continued uninterrupted and are now back on full utility power. The Business Continuity Plan ensured our clients’ day-to-day business operations were prioritized and enabled us to keep our teams online throughout the week.
After achieving stability of our operations during and in the aftermath of the storm, Scivantage has now resumed regular operations.
We want you to know that Scivantage is standing with you, and is here to help throughout the tough recovery ahead. If you require assistance with a particular service, or have questions about current projects, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Relationship Manager and/or Project Manager.
On behalf of Scivantage, we hope that you and your family are doing well through the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected by this devastating event.
