Description:
Reporting to the VP Strategic Products, the IDA will be responsible for day to day data management. Responsibilities include:
- Daily corporate actions research and processing, including tax consequences.
- Data vendor management.
- Daily review of brokerage client status reporting, and resolution of data processing issues.
- Participation in product development initiatives.
- Interface with brokerage clients on daily issue resolution, and ongoing projects.
- Interface with the NY office on data issues and initiatives.
The IDA is a newly created position in a division whose charter is to innovate, build, and launch new products into the brokerage market. This position will actively participate directly with the management team to support and enhance existing products, and build new products from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be innovative, aggressive, and able to operate in a complex start-up environment with minimal direction. Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting. MBA highly desirable.

Marketing Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager is a key position responsible for optimizing lead generation activities, providing analytic insight for business decision-making, ensuring accurate reporting and performance metrics and maximizing efficiency of the Sales and Marketing processes. This team member will manage and provide leadership in both analysis and reporting of key company metrics related to Sales and Marketing, as well as provide oversight on marketing systems and processes.
The goal of this position is to increase integrated marketing efficiency and to build a foundation for excellence. By reinforcing marketing with planning, metrics, process and best practices via end to end marketing optimization, this candidate will focus on setting and measuring Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) for Scivantage’s integrated marketing initiatives. Through leadership and project management, this position will contribute to a world-class marketing organization by building operations for: campaign analysis/reporting, data management, budget planning and management and marketing automation systems and processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION(S):
- Provide reliable, consistent and timely results and metrics related to marketing campaigns and quantifies planned outcomes with strategic goals and measures Marketing's contribution to the business.
- Lead the creation and management of a Marketing Performance Dashboard that reports marketing investment/resources, marketing/sales effectiveness and overall campaign performance.
- Define, implement and manage CRM and marketing automation strategies. Implement campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities required to support demand generation efforts/programs, including segmentation, list building, data quality and reporting.
- Develop and drive the closed-loop lead generation/management process that provides business relevant information from “campaign to close” and is communicated to both Sales and Marketing team members.
- Identify and analyze key analytics for lead management and lead lifecycle including lead quality, lead creation, lead flow and marketing/sales program deliverability and effectiveness. Track the flow of leads through the pipeline and work with the Lead Generation team to ensure follow up and report impact/ROI of lead generation programs.
- Develop ongoing marketing automation programs to manage all stages of lead development, from cold nurtured inquiries to closed opportunities. Plan and implement multi-step campaigns to achieve marketing goals established by Marketing Managers.
- Ongoing Audit of qualified/unqualified leads and Marketo/SFDC integration.
- Provide analytical support on marketing operations projects as needed, including but not limited to: analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs.
- Oversee and drive the budgeting process, in partnership with Finance, to meet corporate goals and maximize alignment of marketing investments. This includes quarterly reviews and tracking of progress against business objectives.
- Stay current on Marketing and Marketing Operations initiatives and be able to effectively present and support these initiatives at executive and organizational meetings and discussions.
- Train new and existing marketing/sales users on Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems and overall campaign/lead process. Drive consistent, correct usage of these systems and tools to ensure accurate reporting.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 5-7 years of related work experience required, preferably in database marketing, lead generation/management and marketing/sales analysis roles for a B2B software/technology company
- Minimum of 3 years of email marketing and marketing automation experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation software required
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience with Salesforce.com CRM (Enterprise Edition). Salesforce.com certified administrator a plus

QA Engineer
This QA Engineer position will work on multiple, concurrent projects testing complex website and enterprise applications. Responsibilities include creating test plans, reviewing requirements documents, developing and execution of test cases, comparing requirements to development, and reporting results and status to the various project teams. The QA Engineer should be a results-oriented team player, who is committed to delivering quality products and applications to the end-user. The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in automation testing, particularly using Mercury’s Quick Test Pro. Additional experience with Performance testing tools is required. Also he or she should have experience in financial markets, and a strong technical background. The candidate should be able to apply their experience (both financial and technical) to improve our testing practices. Experience in software testing especially in the financial market industry and the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of our customers is essential.

Summary - The Marketing Manager, Maxit is a critical member of the Marketing team with overall responsibility for creating and driving the go-to-market strategy, successful product launches and results-oriented marketing programs for the Scivantage Maxit product line. Working closely with Product Management, Sales and Relationship teams, this team member will develop and manage the execution of effective awareness and demand generation programs aimed at extending Scivantage’s footprint in the existing client base, acquiring new clients and identifying new markets in support of the Company’s revenue goals.
The primary focus of this position will be a leadership role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, programs, events, and tactics that will enable product line growth. Success will be measured by the ability to drive market adoption, client awareness and satisfaction, new business development and thought leadership. This position will contribute to a world-class marketing organization by leading all aspects of marketing and communications for their respective product line(s), including product marketing, branding, sales support, events, ROI tracking and budget reporting/management, thought leadership, online and digital marketing, and internal and customer communications.

- Create traditional and multimedia content, such as white papers, case studies, copy for email offers and web/landing pages, webcasts, client briefs and interactive product demos.

Experience & Skills -
- BS/BA degree in relevant discipline. MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years relevant experience in demand marketing with an emphasis on driving sales, preferably in B2B enterprise software and/or financial services industry.
- Experience and/or deep understanding of cost basis reporting or tax management strategies a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years managing and/or leading B2B marketing programs/campaigns that vary in scope and complexity; previous experience working on or collaborating with a highly driven sales team as demonstrated through a solid understanding of software sales cycles.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, but a preference for tactical execution; must possess strong understanding of marketing principles, practices and techniques.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Silverpop Engage B2B) and CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) as well as social media is preferred.

Description and Essential Job Function(s):
The Human Resources Administrator is a key position in the coordination of our human resources initiatives within Scivantage. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of various HR functions including, but not limited to:
- Development & coordination of employee training programs
- Administration of employee review process for the entire Company
- The distribution and collection of pre-employment background checks and drug screening forms
- On boarding and orientation of new employees including gathering of all new employee forms and creating employee files
- First point-of-contact for employees for the resolution of payroll of issues with our payroll supplier
- Benefit administration including Medical and Dental, 401K, PTO, Disability, absence programs and commuter benefit program
- Coordination of worker visa requirements
- Creation and maintenance of company organization charts
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Experience & Skills:
- Ability to work independently and not require supervision from other personnel
