Client Experience Matters: Making the Case for the Mobile Brokerage Channel

Mobile WhitepaperNot that long ago, mobile technology was a revolutionary new force.  Today, it’s already become an integral part of the lives of more than 126 million Americans, with uses that extend throughout the full range of both everyday and not-so-everyday activity.  Among online brokers, mobile trades via mobile apps have more than doubled since the beginning of 2011, according to recent Celent research. Whether connecting via computer, tablet or mobile phone, or to traditional support channel or social community, technology needs to support a seamless client experience.
