As President & CEO of Scivantage, Adnane Charchour brings leadership, depth, experience, perspective and vision. With a distinguished and proven track record in the Financial Industry, Mr. Charchour helps Scivantage achieve its goals in providing superior technology based products and services in the broker-dealer space.
Mr. Charchour joined the firm from Fleet Securities, Inc., a leading clearing firm. As an officer and part of the technology executive team, he led the firm's e-technology strategy in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Charchour ran an organization of over 60 people and was part of a handful of executives that launched SURETRADE.COM, a full end-to-end eBrokerage firm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Fleet Boston Financial. He repeated this success by helping many national and international banks and fund companies build online brokerage arms, including Fleet Bank and Strong Capital Management.
Prior to Fleet Securities, Mr. Charchour held various positions of responsibility at Automatic Data Processing/Brokerage Services Group (ADP) where he acquired a keen understanding of the ADP Back Office solution offering.
Mr. Charchour completed the Security Industry Institute program at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his B.Sc. with Honors in Computer Science from St. John University in Queens, New York.

Since 2000, Chris has played an integral part in GAIN's growth from startup to market leader and has a deep knowledge of the capital markets landscape and operating environment. Prior to joining GAIN Capital, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. From 1992 to 2000, Chris helped grow FNX from an early stage start-up of 10 employees to well over 200 employees located in 7 offices around the world. In his early days at FNX, Chris spearheaded large scale, mission-critical system implementations and managed the professional services operation for the firm's largest sales office in New York. Later, as a member of senior management, Chris assumed responsibili for several key roles, including that of COO, Global Head of Sales and Marketing, and Senior Managing Director, Professional Services. Chris holds a BS in Finance and English and an MBA from La Salle University.

Mr. Chacar brings a proven ability to lead Scivantage in innovating and executing its strategic plan as well as depth in front office and back-office business and technology expertise.
Mr. Chacar joined the firm from Fleet Securities, Inc., where he was a Vice President in charge of the firm's Core Internet Services. In that capacity, Mr. Chacar worked closely with the senior management of established brokerage firms as well as new entrants to understand their vision and deliver strategic and tactical technology solutions to achieve them. Previously, Mr. Chacar held various positions of responsibility at Salomon Smith Barney where he last led the development and implementation of Salomon's Internet strategy and helped introduce, Salomon DIRECT, a breakthrough Internet sales channel as early as 1995. Prior to the Internet age, Mr. Chacar played a key role in developing Salomon's trading floor technology and automating their trading floor.
Mr. Chacar received, as a Stern Scholar, an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University, and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France.

Aron is a senior business and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services. He has operated in COO, CAO and CIO roles at Merrill Lynch and UBS, and previously spent eight years with Accenture in their strategic services group.
Aron has experience managing international roles in sales, research, equities, operations, technology and risk. He has a successful track record in business strategy, acquisition management, alliance strategy, VC investing and business restructuring. At Merrill Lynch, Aron was the COO and CIO for the Global Securities Research division, where he was responsible for the management of over 200 staff. Prior to being appointed to his Research position, he held the role of Head of Strategy & Business Initiatives, reporting to the global head of Technology, Operations & Strategy. At UBS, Aron was an Executive Director, reporting to the COO of Global Equities and the CEO of North American Equities, with primary responsibility for the business implementation of the US growth strategy.
Aron has a degree in Engineering Science & Management from Durham University in the UK. He is an executive advisor to the National Research Exchange and the FSO. Aron sat on Apax's technology advisory committee between 2001-2004. He holds series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
Back to Top ˆDaniel Roitman began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), as a member of the New York Technology practice focused on providing major U.S. corporations with strategic technical direction and managing large-scale systems development. Daniel joined Goldman Sachs in 1996 in the Risk Management area, as a technical architect of the firm's risk management systems. Daniel was promoted to Vice President in 1998, and in 2000 he joined the Technology Strategy Group, an internal banking team responsible for managing Goldman's e-commerce acquisitions, investments and joint ventures. In 2002, Daniel joined the Equities Division Business Development group, where he led a number of investments in private equity to enhance the product offering of the division, and focused on U.S. market structure issues. Daniel joined Greenlight as its Chief Operating Officer in January 2003.
Daniel earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with distinction from Cornell University. He earned a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Daniel graduated with distinction from New York University Stern School of Business, earning an MBA in Finance.

Chris identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities and guides existing portfolio companies. As a board member, Chris provides strategic financial, sales and marketing expertise. His background as a general manager in several emerging companies brings a practical perspective to board meetings.
Chris is a successful entrepreneur and technology company executive, experienced in finance, capital raising, strategy, product management and sales and marketing. In 2004, Chris was named by NJBIZ to the "40 under 40" list. Prior to joining Edison, Chris served as Princeton eCom's EVP of the Electronic Billing Division. As CFO he led the business development, finance and accounting departments. Princeton eCom raised over $80M in venture capital and increased revenues by more than 400%. In 2001, the New Jersey Technology Council named Princeton eCom the Internet, e-Business and Multimedia Company of the Year. Earlier in his career, Chris was Director of Finance and Operations for two magazine start-ups and Internet businesses funded by Freedom Communications. Chris also spent over four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the entrepreneurial services group.
Chris is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPA's. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
