As Chief Executive Officer of Scivantage, Chris Calhoun brings 25 years of FinTech governance and executive management experience to the company. Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Calhoun was Chief Operating Officer of GAIN Capital (NYSE: GCAP). A pioneer in online currency trading, GAIN operates FOREX.com, one of the largest and best-known global brands in the retail trading industry. He played an integral role in GAIN’s growth from start-up in 2000 to public company in 2010 and currently serves on GAIN’s Board of Directors as Risk Committee Chair. Prior to joining GAIN, Mr. Calhoun was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a leading provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. During his tenure at FNX, Mr. Calhoun, helped grow the company from a start-up to a global organization serving many of the world’s largest money center banks, with FNX enjoying a successful exit in 2000.
Mr. Calhoun serves on Scivantage’s Board of Directors as Chairman, holds a B.S. in Finance/English and MBA from La Salle University, and is also a Master’s candidate in Environmental Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, CONSULTING GROUP INTERNATIONAL
Mr. Charchour is President & CEO of Consulting Group International where he employs his distinguished and proven track record in the Financial Industry to provide superior technology based consulting services to the financial services industry.
Mr. Charchour has joined Consulting Group International from Scivantage, Inc. where he co-founded and headed the company as its President & CEO for 15 years. During his tenure there, Mr. Charchour led Scivantage to seven consecutive years on the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing private businesses in the United States. Prior to that Mr. Charchour was an officer and part of the technology executive team and Fleet Securities, Inc., a leading clearing firm. At Fleet, Mr. Charchour led the firm’s e-technology strategy in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to Fleet Securities, Mr. Charchour held various positions of responsibility at Automatic Data Processing/Brokerage Services Group (ADP) where he acquired a keen understanding of back office processing systems for the Securities Industry.
Active in the industry, Mr. Charchour sits on the Board of Directors of Scivantage in addition to the security and threat-detection firm eSentire.
Mr. Charchour completed the Securities Industry Institute program, a Wharton Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his B.Sc. with Honors in Computer Science from St. John University in Queens, New York.
GENERAL PARTNER, EDISON PARTNERS
Michael Kopelman is a General Partner with Edison Partners, a growth equity firm that invests in rapidly growing technology companies. Since its founding in 1986, Edison has invested in over 185 companies and completed over 140 exits, including 17 IPOs. Michael leads Edison’s Financial Technology & eCommerce segment and serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Michael began his career as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston where he advised clients on numerous M&A and financing transactions. In 1999, Michael left CSFB to launch E*OFFERING, a venture-backed online investment bank affiliated with E*TRADE. He launched several new online products, including the first web-based roadshow for retail investors. E*OFFERING was acquired by SoundView Technology Group, where he remained to lead the firm’s internet & e-commerce investment banking franchise.
Michael serves on the investment advisory committee for Ben Franklin Technology Partners, an early stage economic development program in Philadelphia. Philadelphia Business Journal identified Michael as one of forty individuals under the age of forty who have made the biggest impact on the Philadelphia region. He is past President of Wharton Private Equity Partners, the private equity organization serving over 2,000 Wharton alumni, and regularly guest-lectures seminars on entrepreneurship and venture capital at The Wharton School.
Michael holds a BA in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, with honors, from The Wharton School.
Chris Momsen, CFA
FORMER EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND SOLUTIONS MANAGEMENT, ADVENT SOFTWARE
Chris Momsen served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Solutions Management at Advent Software, a leading provider of portfolio management and accounting solutions. In that capacity Mr. Momsen ran sales for the company on a global basis and was responsible for all product roadmaps, partnerships and acquisitions.
Mr. Momsen is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University and a B.A. in History from University of California at Los Angeles.
R. Patrick Kruczek
PRINCIPAL, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, MANAGING DIRECTOR, PRIVATE BANKING, BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN
Patrick Kruczek is a Principal of BBH Capital Partners and also the COO. He joined the BBHCP team in 2016. Mr. Kruczek serves on the board of directors of Scivantage, Inc. and American Physician Partners. He has more than two decades of financial services industry experience, including a 20-year career with Morgan Keegan & Company.
He served in various roles in investment banking, equity capital markets and finally as the president and COO. In partnership with the CEO, he oversaw the sale of Morgan Keegan and successful transfer of the business to Raymond James Financial. His early career included a stint with Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Kruczek graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN
Mr. Price is a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman’s private equity group, BBH Capital Partners (BBHCP). Mr. Price focuses on the group’s investing activities including both sourcing and execution of transactions. Mr. Price joined BBHCP in 2013 and since joining has led the group’s efforts in the technology sector.
In addition to Scivantage, Mr. Price sits on the board of Edgeconnex, Inc., Best Doctors, Inc. and MarkitCTI, Inc. Prior to joining BBHCP, Mr. Price was a senior associate in Angelo, Gordon & Co.’s private equity group where he was involved in all aspects of the investment process. While at Angelo, Gordon, Mr. Price was actively involved with investments in the consumer and financial services industries. Before joining Angelo, Gordon, Mr. Price was an analyst in Rothschild’s restructuring group where he advised several companies on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Price holds a degree in International Relations from Colgate University.
