Job Title: Enterprise Technical Support – Jr Systems Administrator

Reports To:  Director of Infrastructure

Position Overview:

Seeking an Enterprise Technical Support – Jr. Systems Administrator to maintain a corporate environment including, but not limited to, domain user accounts, e-mail (Office 365), phone system, account access, software, hardware and printer installations. This position will frequently participate in infrastructure system administration projects which include; data center operations and management, server builds/configuration/administration, systems capacity and availability reporting and issue resolution, and overnight production changes.

This position requires flexibility and willingness to be on call including weekends on a rotating schedule.  This position will frequently work with employees across all functions and participate in projects and working groups.  A high value will be placed on communication, cooperativeness and ability to dive in and help where needed.



  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming systems requests with a focus on follow through and resolving the issue in a timely fashioned manner
  • Update and maintain active directory (user accounts/access)
  • Perform system administration tasks across production and disaster recovery environments
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Office 365 (email)
  • Support the update and maintenance of Slack (instant messaging)
  • Performs OfficeSuite from Broadway Networks
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining SharePoint
  • Maintain non-production environments and ensuring their consistency/compatibility with the production environment
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining Forticlient to ensure secure and reliable access
  • Process ticket management and documentation for Jira Confluence
  • Manage thycotic secret server inventory ( inventory tracking and password management)


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience with Office 365, Slack, and Forticlient
  • Experience with Data Center Management, operating systems and software installs such as: VMWare, Linux Red Hat and CentOS, Windows 10/8/7/Vista/XP/2012/2008/2003, iOS and Android,Trend Micro, FortiClient, Jira, Confluence, C-Cure, Salesforce, Active Directory, and Secret Server
  • Experience with Hardware configurations and installation: HP and Lenovo
  • Extensive experience with technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Be able to multitask and handle shifting priorities
